Want it all? Look no further. Our Fusion class blends the cardio, plyometric and strength training of Flex with the power yoga of Flow for optimal flexibility and balance. These classes are a great introduction to our sequences and just as much fun. Class kicks-off strong with a hot, hard and sweaty Flex then transitions mid-way to Flow to keep the heart-rate elevated, but add balance and flexibility maneuvers. All levels welcome. Expect to stretch, strengthen and sweat.
